Hi everyone! I’m Harriet, the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist at Third Space Wimbledon. I bring a wealth of experience in physiotherapy, with a particular focus on sports injuries and rehabilitation - including cycling. I hold a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and have spent many years helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts optimise their performance and recover from injuries.
As a new Londoner, I’m embracing the city’s dynamic fitness culture by diving into a new challenge myself – I’ve signed up for the Ironman 70.3 in Mallorca next year! This new endeavour is what helped me to find Luca and the LUCA community. Although I’m relatively new to cycling, my passion for health, fitness, and adventure keeps me motivated. Over the years, I have treated a lot of cycling-related injuries, which has given me insights into the unique challenges cyclists face.
One area I’m particularly passionate about is empowering more women to get involved in cycling. From my experience, a common barrier affecting women’s confidence and performance on the road is finding the right gear. That’s where I hope to make a difference. I’ve recently connected with LUCA, and together, we aim to create a supportive space where women cyclists can feel confident and informed.
