We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £75. For orders under £75, we charge a flat rate of £4.99.
What shipping method do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24h for all our shipments, ensuring quick and reliable delivery.
How long does delivery take?
With our express delivery service, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 working days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. However, we're exploring options to expand our shipping services internationally. Stay tuned to our social media channels and newsletter for updates on when we'll be able to ship to your country!
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your LUCA purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
UK Returns: Free returns for all UK orders.
EU Returns: Customers in the EU are responsible for return shipping costs.
Product Information
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch all orders placed before 3:30 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 pm will be dispatched the following business day.

How do I find the right size for me?

Using a measuring band, take your measurements and match them to the numbers listed on our sizing guide for the ideal size. If you fall between two sizes, it ultimately depends on your preference for a slightly tighter or looser fit.
